Cancellation Policies

Adults/Kids
Weekly Classes:

Due to the limited capacity, makeups or refunds for missed classes will not be offered, even if you know you will miss ahead of time. Please plan accordingly and inform the instructor ahead of time of any known missed classes. 

Adult Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Considerations will be made if you need to cancel up to 14 days before the workshop. If you wish to cancel within the 14 day window, you are responsible for finding someone to fill your spot and notifying Heather Rigney of the change. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Please understand that provisions have been made to fill all seats, a lesson has been planned with a set amount of students in mind, supplies have been purchased, advertising has happened. This can't be undone if you choose to cancel.

School Vacation Camp Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a $50 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 10 days prior to camp start date may receive a refund minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the camp start date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Behavior Policy:

ā€‹Upon sign up, you agree to the following behavior policies:

ā€‹

  • Violence and aggressive verbal behaviors will NOT be tolerated.
     

  • All students need to be able to complete activities on their own without the assistance of an outside adult.
     

  • All students will need to sustain seated activity for at least 15 min.

  • Llegue a tiempo tanto en la entrega como en la recogida. A menudo, necesito prepararme para la prĆ³xima clase y necesito ese tiempo para prepararme.
     

  • Las edades de las clases de arte se sugieren en los detalles de cada lista de cursos. Su hijo DEBE tener la edad de la clase elegida al comienzo de la clase (con la excepciĆ³n de las CLASES DE BUCEO PROFUNDO, que deben discutirse antes de la inscripciĆ³n).
