In this 8 week class, we will focus on the basics of Printmaking. In this 1.5 hour per week class, students will be exploring the mechanics of PRINTMAKING. Together, we'll examine the history of printmaking and explore a variety of printing techniques such as mono-printing, block-printing, linocuts, stamping and more. We will be exploring various artists and cultures who've worked in the field of printmaking as we create our own unique artworks. ***There will be 2 classes on Thursdays: Sept 7 and Sept 28**** NOTES: - All sessions run for 8 weeks unless otherwise noted. - No classes: 9/4, 9/25, 10/9 - Makeup Classes: Thursdays Sept 7 (6-7:30PM) and Sept 28 (6-7:30PM) - The price of this class includes all art materials. PLEASE NOTE: Because of the limited capacity, I will no longer offer makeups or refunds for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time.
